Artyplan Document obtains ISO 9001:2015 certification
Artyplan Document, a division specialised in document digitisation, document management and digital preservation services, has obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification.
During the first quarter of 2022, Artyplan Document was audited to obtain ISO 9001 certification for quality management systems.
The ISO 9001:2015 standard promotes the development, implementation and effectiveness of quality management system processes, increasing customer satisfaction through compliance with different requirements.
This ISO certification ensures that the company follows established standards to guarantee the quality, safety and efficiency of its services and products.
To obtain this certification, the entire Artyplan Document team and the facilities where operations are carried out were audited in accordance with the different quality and efficiency standards required by the regulation.
This certification confirms the quality policy that Artyplan Document has implemented since its inception, ensuring at all times compliance with the following principles:
