Choosing the right material depends on the installation location, the duration of the campaign and the finish you require. For signage and displays, we work with rigid materials such as Forex, Dibond, acrylic or cardboard; for façades, shop windows and events, we use banners, vinyl and textiles. Our team recommends the most suitable material based on its intended use, budget and installation conditions.
Artyplan coordinates the printing, finishing, logistics and installation of each project from its production centres in Barcelona and Madrid. Our in-house team installs banners, vinyl graphics, rigid media, textiles and signage elements on façades, shop windows, at trade fairs and in retail locations throughout Spain.
For campaigns across multiple locations, we plan deliveries and installations site by site to maintain consistent colours, finishes and schedules across all locations. We can also store, prepare and distribute the materials for each campaign so that they reach every location in the planned order and at the right time.
We produce large-format graphics for POS display and retail campaigns, shop windows, product launches, events and trade shows. We combine banners, vinyl graphics, light boxes, textiles, signage and rigid substrates according to the requirements of each space.
For retail chains and multi-location projects, we coordinate versions, finishes, deliveries and installation to maintain a consistent image across all locations.
We print using water-based latex inks certified by UL ECOLOGO and UL GREENGUARD Gold, with no hazardous air pollutants according to EPA Method 311, and offer PVC-free substrates as an alternative across every product family. If your brand reports on ESG criteria, we provide the material documentation for each campaign.
Any material larger than DIN A3: banners for façades and hoardings, vinyl graphics for shop windows and vehicles, rigid materials such as Dibond, Forex or acrylic for displays and signage, textiles for exhibition stands and flags, and backlit graphics for shop windows. At Artyplan, we produce all these product families at our Barcelona and Madrid facilities, with printing, finishing and installation handled by a single supplier.
The standard production and shipping lead time is 5 to 7 business days. For campaigns with a fixed deadline —such as an opening, trade fair or product launch—, we offer an urgent service with a response within 24 hours, subject to production confirmation.
Yes. Both production facilities serve mainland Spain and the islands, and our installation team travels anywhere in Spain. For multi-site campaigns, production is divided between Barcelona and Madrid to reduce lead times and transport distances.
Yes, using our own in-house team for façades, hoardings, shop windows, commercial interiors and trade fair installations. The same company that handles the printing also coordinates logistics and installation, avoiding the usual gap in accountability that occurs when the printer and installer are separate suppliers.
