We produce your stand graphics from the project drawings —tensioned textiles, vinyl graphics, rigid panels, 3D elements and banners—, deliver them to the exhibition hall in coordination with your stand contractor and replace them within hours if anything is damaged during installation. With graphic production in Barcelona and graphic production in Madrid, we operate just minutes from Fira de Barcelona and IFEMA, where more than 57,000 companies exhibit each year.

Because it is the last element to be installed and the first to reveal a mistake. Fira de Barcelona hosts more than 300 events a year with 30,000 exhibiting companies; IFEMA sold 1,371,990 m² of net exhibition space in 2025, with 27,670 exhibitors. Thousands of stands compete for the same installation windows, with the opening date fixed and non-negotiable. If a banner arrives with dimensions taken from an outdated plan or a textile graphic is scratched while being tensioned, there is no room in the schedule to wait three days for a reprint. That is why our proposal for exhibition stand agencies is very specific: production close to the venue in Barcelona and Madrid, verification of dimensions against the plans before printing, and the capacity to reprint and return the replacement graphics to the exhibition hall within the same installation window.
| Material | Use on the stand | Key features |
|---|---|---|
| Tensioned textiles and profiles | Walls, light boxes and ceilings | FR fabric with Euroclass B-s1,d0 (UNE-EN 13501-1); dye-sublimation printing and joins planned according to the drawings |
| Vinyl graphics | Floors, walls, counters and platforms | Anti-slip laminates for floors; clean application and residue-free removal |
| Rigid materials and re-board | Panels, lightweight furniture and stand signage | Direct printing onto the substrate; re-board can be folded, transported flat and reused |
| 3D elements and logos | Branding on façades and focal points | Custom cutting and milling, with or without backlighting |
| Banners and photocalls | Enclosures, press backdrops and large surfaces | Finished with eyelets or reinforced edges according to the stand contractor’s system |
| Roll-up banners, flags and self-assembly displays | Campaign accessories and activity areas | One-off or series production for trade show tours |
This solution is part of our large-format printing services, from textile and vinyl production to rigid panels, banners and 3D elements.
IFEMA’s General Participation Regulations require the materials used for the construction and decoration of stand walls and ceilings to have a C-s2,d0 reaction-to-fire classification, while suspended textiles —backdrops, curtains and banners— must comply with Class 1 of UNE-EN 13773. Fira de Barcelona applies equivalent requirements at its venues. The safety manager may request documentation during installation, and graphics without certification can be refused entry. Our FR textiles achieve Euroclass B-s1,d0 under UNE-EN 13501-1, above the C-s2,d0 minimum required by IFEMA’s regulations, and we provide a certificate dossier for each material together with the graphics so your CAE coordination team is not chasing paperwork during installation week.

Production close to the venue in Barcelona and Madrid: a reprinted graphic can be back inside the exhibition hall within the same installation window.
As your graphic production partner, not your competitor. We produce from your plans and tolerances, white-label if you prefer, and your client does not need to know we are there. Our technical department checks dimensions, bleeds and joins before printing; if a wall panel changes at the last minute, we reprint the affected piece rather than the entire stand. And when the trade show ends, we can store reusable graphics for the next stop on the tour: our warehousing and picking service already does this for retail campaigns rolled out across dozens of locations.
In addition to graphics specifically produced for exhibition stands, we also handle printing projects for events and trade shows that require different graphic elements coordinated under a single campaign.
“At a trade show build, nobody thinks about the graphics until they are missing. Our job is to make sure the project manager does not have to think about us: arrive when required, match the plans and respond if something is damaged at six in the evening.”

Yes. Delivery is coordinated with the stand contractor and the venue’s loading and unloading times so that the graphics are at the stand exactly when the team needs them —not too early to get in the way and not too late to delay installation.
Yes, and on a white-label basis if preferred. Artyplan’s technical department checks dimensions, bleeds and joins against the plans before printing and produces according to the tolerances specified by the project.
Both options are available. Artyplan can deliver the graphics for the stand team to install or handle the installation with its own teams, as it does at trade shows, in retail and in more than 1,000 pharmacies throughout Spain.
