At Artyplan Document, our document digitisation and management department has extensive experience in the digitisation of assessment tests. By also offering reprographics services (high-volume document printing and copying), we provide a working methodology that covers all phases through to the digitisation of exams.
Methodology for assessment tests
To deliver the assessment test digitisation service, we define an operational workflow tailored to the needs of each educational institution’s project.
- Prepress tasks based on the database (DB): Creation of masters for the different subjects, as well as coding for each student, following the guidelines agreed in the various meetings.
- Printing: Review of the files received in order to organise the print sequence according to the institution’s requirements.
- Logistics: Delivery of materials to the assessment location and collection afterwards. We provide full traceability of materials from dispatch at the Artyplan Document warehouse to final delivery.
- Digitisation and results delivery: Classification, handling, digitisation and secure storage of physical documents on a semester basis.
Once the physical exam papers have been processed, a file is generated for each exam with the agreed coding, and an Excel file is delivered for each exam model including all processed data.
Traceability of the assessment test digitisation process
At Artyplan Document, in addition to our quality control system, we use software that ensures full traceability across all phases of the project.
In this platform, the institution is provided with access credentials to monitor the status of each phase of the project at any time.
