As part of our ongoing pursuit of excellence and environmental responsibility, we are pleased to announce that our production centre has recently obtained ISO 14001 certification.
This international standard establishes the requirements for an effective environmental management system, helping us manage our environmental impact more efficiently and promote sustainable practices across all our operations.
Importance of ISO 14001 Certification
ISO 14001 certification not only represents a significant achievement for our company, but also reflects our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Through this management system, we can identify key environmental aspects, set environmental objectives and targets, and continuously measure our performance to drive ongoing improvement.
Positive impact on our customers
To assess the impact of this certification on our customers, we included a specific question in our regular satisfaction surveys. From the 126 surveys conducted, the results show that:
- 90% of our customers rated the achievement of ISO 14001 positively, giving it a score higher than 7 on a scale of 1 to 10.
- Only 10% gave a score of 7 or below.
These results highlight the importance our customers place on sustainable business practices and how this certification strengthens their trust in us as an environmentally responsible partner.
Analysis of results by sector
We have also analysed how the different sectors we work with value the achievement of ISO 14001.
From the total evaluations received, we calculated an average score to obtain the following results.
These data demonstrate that this certification is positively valued across a wide range of sectors, underlining its universal relevance in promoting responsible business practices.
