WHO AM I?
I am the Operations Director at Artyplan. Throughout my career within the company, I have been closely involved in production, technical management, and the coordination of teams and processes. With a highly operational perspective, I work to ensure that every project is executed with quality, planning, and reliability, especially when multiple materials, tight deadlines, and large-scale graphic production requirements are involved.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
My professional journey at Artyplan began in the technical area and progressively evolved toward responsibilities in production, management, and operations. I served as Technical Specialist and Production Manager at Artyplan Document from 2017 and have been Operations Director of Artyplan since 2022.
This progression has given me a deep understanding of the entire process—from materials and machinery to workflows, planning, quality control, and the coordination between production, logistics, and installation.

MY ROLE AT ARTYPLAN
At Artyplan, I coordinate day-to-day operations to turn our clients’ projects into viable, efficient, and controlled graphic production solutions. My role is to align resources, teams, processes, and priorities to ensure that every job progresses with order, traceability, and on-time delivery.
In an industry where final quality depends as much on technology as on internal coordination, my goal is to minimize disruptions, anticipate needs, and ensure professional execution at every stage.
