Custom Envelopes

Custom Envelopes

The use of custom envelopes for companies can be valuable at an administrative or commercial level. Personalisation is essential to project your corporate image and differentiate your business from competitors.

The design of promotional envelopes for brands is widely used in the commercial sector, as it helps further extend corporate image. In addition, correspondence sent in corporate envelopes for specific relevant documents reinforces the perception of reliability and professionalism of the issuing company.

Although digital communication has largely impacted postal mail, letter envelopes remain an effective communication element. We are accustomed to sending and receiving envelopes for important communications, such as contracts or invoices.

Types and Models of Custom Paper Envelopes

Depending on the design, we can differentiate between printed envelopes with or without window, with or without bubble lining and, depending on the closure: with or without flap. The closure can also feature an adhesive strip or a gummed seal.

We present some formats and sizes for printing custom envelopes. These are the most common envelope sizes.

Advantages of Printed Envelopes

Personalisation: They allow companies to reflect their brand identity through business envelopes tailored to the required size and format.

Ongoing Promotion: Printing promotional messages on envelopes supports direct marketing and continuous brand visibility, as they are seen throughout delivery.

Security and Confidentiality: Provides additional security when sending confidential documents, ensuring they reach the recipient intact and securely.

Can envelopes be printed on both sides?

Yes, it is possible to print on both sides of letter envelopes. This option offers several advantages for personalisation and corporate branding:

  1. Greater Brand Visibility: Printing on both sides of the envelope allows greater exposure of your brand, logos and key messages.
  2. Design Flexibility: Provides more space for creativity, allowing one side for essential information and the other for decorative or additional informative elements.
  3. Instructions or Additional Information: The back of the envelope can be used for special instructions, terms and conditions, or promotional messages.

What should a corporate envelope include?

A corporate envelope generally contains elements designed to reflect a company’s identity and professionalism. These elements usually include:

  1. Company Logo: The logo is a key element in any corporate material, as it visually represents the brand and its values.
  2. Contact Information: This includes the company address, telephone number, email address and sometimes the website. This information is usually placed on the front or on the envelope flap.
  3. Corporate Design and Colours: The colours and overall design of the envelope usually align with the company’s colour palette and design style to maintain brand consistency.
  4. Legal or Regulatory Information: Some companies include necessary legal information or regulatory statements, depending on their sector of activity.
