We manufacture large-scale advertising props and product replicas for shop windows, retail locations, events and trade shows. We start with the design or original packaging and transform it into a three-dimensional piece adapted to the space, transport requirements and installation system.

The project includes structural development, material selection, printing, finishing and assembly. We produce from our facilities in Barcelona and Madrid and coordinate projects for campaigns throughout Spain.

Advertising props can form part of complete point-of-sale advertising campaigns and large-format printing projects for launches, promotions and product presentations.

Materials for advertising props

We select the material according to the size of the replica, the duration of the campaign, the level of detail and the transport and installation requirements.

Honeycomb board: lightweight and recyclable

Its internal structure provides rigidity with very little weight, making it possible to manufacture large-scale advertising props that are easy to transport, handle and assemble.

It is particularly suitable for shop windows, promotions, trade shows and temporary campaigns. It can be printed, cut and folded to reproduce packaging, silhouettes and scaled-up products.

Rigid substrates: strength and durability

For pieces that need to withstand more handling, remain on display during long-term campaigns or be reused, we use rigid materials and structural combinations adapted to each design.

We work with materials including Forex or PVC, acrylic, polystyrene, polypropylene, foam board, wood, corrugated cardboard and aluminium composite. We can also combine several substrates within a single piece.

The choice depends on the size, weight, finish, location and installation system. Our team defines the structure required to keep the replica stable without adding more weight than necessary.

From structural design to prop installation

We start with the final artwork, packaging or original product and transform it into a three-dimensional replica. Our structural design service defines the scale, proportions, component layout and reinforcements required to ensure that the piece retains its shape.

Before production, we adapt the structure to the material, display location and transport conditions. When its size requires it, we divide the prop into modules that can be transported and assembled at the point of sale, in the shop window or at the trade show.

Production may include printing, cutting, die-cutting, machining, finishing and assembly. We also prepare the base, fixings or self-supporting system required to keep the replica stable throughout the campaign.

How large can an advertising prop be?

From tabletop pieces to giant replicas that fill an entire shop window. The practical limit is determined by transport, access and installation requirements, which we address during the structural design stage of the project.
