We manufacture custom LED light boxes with aluminium profiles and dye-sublimation printed textile graphics: the fabric is tensioned within the frame and can be replaced in minutes without tools, allowing the same light box to be used for every campaign throughout the year. They are used in shop windows, retail locations and trade shows, can be wall-mounted, suspended from the ceiling or installed as freestanding units, and their LED lighting maintains low energy consumption even when switched on throughout the working day. LIGHT BOX FORMATS: WALL-MOUNTED, CEILING-SUSPENDED, FREESTANDING AND ULTRA-SLIM

We manufacture custom LED light boxes for walls, ceilings, floors and spaces with limited depth. The choice of format depends on the installation location, viewing distance and how frequently the campaign graphics will be updated.

Ultra-slim light boxes: Designed for installations where space is limited. They provide uniform illumination through a low-profile aluminium structure.

Freestanding light boxes: These self-supporting units can be installed without being fixed to a wall. They are ideal for shop windows, entrances, promotions and temporary campaigns.

Ceiling-suspended light boxes: Suspended to increase visibility from different points within a space. They are commonly used in shops, shopping centres, trade shows and indoor signage.

Wall-mounted light boxes: Suitable for shop windows, commercial interiors and high-traffic areas. They can be manufactured in horizontal or vertical formats with interchangeable textile graphics.

Energy consumption and materials

LED lighting distributes light evenly across the entire surface and allows the light box to remain switched on throughout the working day while maintaining low energy consumption. The power and arrangement of the LED modules are adapted to the size and depth of the frame.

The structure is manufactured from aluminium profiles, a lightweight, durable and reusable material. The textile graphic can be replaced without changing the frame or lighting system, so subsequent campaigns only require the production and transportation of the new fabric.

For applications in sensitive commercial interiors, we use printing systems with inks certified by UL ECOLOGO and GREENGUARD Gold. The latter certifies low emissions for use in indoor spaces.

Light boxes can also be integrated into complete point-of-sale advertising campaigns. For retail chains and projects across different locations, we coordinate the production, preparation and distribution of the graphics to each point of sale.

Interchangeable textile graphics: how they work

The dye-sublimation printed textile graphic has a silicone strip sewn around its entire perimeter. This strip is pressed into the groove of the aluminium frame, keeping the fabric completely taut, without wrinkles or visible fixings.

To change a campaign, the previous graphic is removed and the new one is fitted around the edge of the frame. One person can complete the change in just a few minutes without tools, allowing the same light box to be reused throughout all the year’s campaigns.

By retaining the structure and replacing only the printed fabric, installation time, transport volume and the cost of subsequent campaigns are reduced.

How do you change the graphic in a textile light box?

The fabric has a sewn-in silicone strip that is pressed into the groove of the frame. The previous graphic is removed, the new one is fitted and held taut; one person can complete the change in just a few minutes without tools, reducing the cost of each subsequent campaign.

Are they suitable for continuous use in retail stores?

Yes: the LED lighting is designed to operate throughout full retail opening hours with low energy consumption, and dye-sublimation textile printing maintains its colour during use. For indoor applications, the inks used are GREENGUARD Gold certified for low emissions.
