Artyplan Document, Artyplan’s specialised division for digitisation, document management and digital preservation services, obtains ISO 9001:2015 certification
During the first quarter of 2022, Artyplan Document underwent an audit to obtain ISO 9001 certification for quality management systems.
ISO 9001:2015 promotes the development, implementation and effectiveness of the working processes within a quality management system, increasing customer satisfaction through compliance with different requirements. ISO certification guarantees that the company follows the relevant standards to ensure the quality, safety and efficiency of its services or products.
To obtain this certification, the entire Artyplan Document team and the facilities where the work is carried out were audited in accordance with the different quality and efficiency guidelines set out in the standard.
This certification confirms the quality policy that Artyplan Document has applied since its beginnings, always working in line with the following principles:
